Cold drawn pre-stressed steel wire is made of high quality carbon steel rods by surface treatment and cold drawn. The carbon content of steel is in the range of 0.6-0.9. Cold drawn pre-stressed steel wire, such as Stabilizing, becomes a low relaxation pre-stressed steel wire that achieves low relaxation properties and significantly improves yield strength, elongation and straightness. If galvanized after the galvanized pre-stressed steel wire, galvanized after stabilization of the wire is called low relaxation galvanized pre-stressed steel wire. The wire is generally delivered in a coil and applied to the rail sleeper, and can be cut and bundled as needed.
